         2009 proved to be an exciting year for the Bermuda crew, music videos, new music and all the debauchary u can handle. So whats next for our heros? Well, looks like a complete reboot! Expect to see drastic changes made in the coming weeks. 

        One final shot of the past will be released when music videos for the singles off Bermuda's second album Rains, Noctunal are made public. After that, full focus on a more polished, glossy, (big budget?) Bermuda.

        First, will be the release of remasterd versions of previous releases, than completely new versions will follow. As well as two new albums and a slew of top notch videos.

       "We now have access to the latest technology and are able to take the time to realize our vision of Bermuda. Before, everything had to be rushed to meet deadlines and what have, u. But now, we have the clout and the support to make something truly exciting and beautiful," Josh Garcia announced at the begining of the year.

          More news will be announced as the story folds, Bermuda leader Josh Garcia has even agreed to be interviewed about this latest information. Saty Tuned. 

                Bermuda Frontman Josh Garcia

                I'm scheduled to spend the next two days hangin with Bermuda frontman Josh Garcia who, despite bein a rock star, has quite a well manicured reputation of being a fantastic professional and melllow.

               I suppose if u can actually get in contact with him.

              Upon reciveing my assignment, I never actually get to meet or even speak to Mr. Garcia, who is known for being very hands on with Bemruda's buisness affairs.

               I spend the morning unitl lunch time speaking with at least six people with six diffrent phone numbers as to were excatly Josh is and why he is not at the spot that we are supposed to meet. I'm than picked up by two rather large and menacing men who take me down to a large two story house where I am told Josh is having coffee. I start to feel increasingly isolated  as the people inside conversate and pretty much act as if I don't exist. After about an half hour of this, a door slams shut and the stairs began to creak. I finally set eyes on my subject, who forces a smile on me, makes eye contact for half a second and than goes to the bathroom. Soon the shower is heard and some young woman hands me a plate of fried chicken. About an hour later josh appears from the restroom and walks toward the front end of the house, in which I never see him again. The rest of the people who were kind enough to give me remote control duties also seem to have dissapeared. The landline telephone begins to ring at an ungodly volume and continues for at least two minutes before someone actually decides to answer it. The young lady suddenly appears from what seems to be out of mid-air and hands me the phone. I'm told by another woman over the phone that the interview has been canceld (with no explanation) and that I was welcome to stay at the house as scheduled. I tell her no thanks and begin to call a cab as quickly as possible.

                    Ofcourse dealing with rock and roll characters is always hit or miss but the incredibly still and distant vibe surrounding the enviorment, was suffocating and I felt best if my departure was made quickly. Nothenless, Bermuda and more particular, Josh Garcia have been gettin a bit of attention lately, becoming more and more hard to ignore as questions about Josh's private life blossom and rumors begin to increasingly circulate. At the same time more and more people are trying to penetrate the bubble Josh has placed around him. Wishing to get a piece of one of Fort Worth's most ambitous musicians. As for me, my few seconds I did spend were quite pleasant. Very approchable and charming. But ofcourse the person who must've snuck Mr. Garcia out of the house surely already knows this fact. 

                  Being in the presence of Josh Garcia is quite the treat. The man possess a natural elegance that fits seemingly organic in the cozy victorian style digs in one of the places he calls home.

                  To the adoring public, Josh is the typical rock and roll dreamboat, to his critics, an overprivleged brat. Personally, I find a daydreamer, someone with a deep passion and loyalty to all the things he loves. Someone who gets his role in society and honors and treasures that place he holds in the hearts of all those he has touched and inspired.

                 "U know, the way I see it, it's like, I'm a healthy boy, I got arms, legs, eyes, I'm blessed! I'm gonna use all that I'm given and make the best of it. I want to feel life! I want to be the best person I can possibly be. There's people who built and fought and died for all these things we have in this world and I appreciate that, and grateful, and so I make sure everyday, that I live the best life and do the best I can and go for greatness, all day, every day"

                  Rock act Bermuda have been on the scene for the past few years, and even though the crew enjoy the praise of a supportive public, they are completey ignored by the media and even by some of there peers, who, at the sheer mention of front man Josh Garcia react in a smirk, or even an eyeroll.

                  "I guess the only way a guy like me can get press, is if I kill someone or sleep with the anchor man (he laughs), I'm thinkin robbin a wal mart should get the press I need to sell more songs (he laughs)"

                   Of course being a rock and roll bad boy certainly pimps up his dating profile, what girl would'nt mind spending a wild evening being romanced by one of the most intresting figures in the music scene? But, even as he recieves a call here and a text there (swears it's only his bodyguard!) Josh claims to be a one woman kind of guy.

                   "I currently have a heavy crush on this very lovely girl, I'm totally obssesed with her! She does'nt buy into the whole image thing, no matter how hard I try to push it on her! (he laughs) aw, but I simply adore her, I want to keep her around for a few rounds (laughs),"

                      Ofcourse theres the actual music, which has a whole life of it's own. The music of Bermuda captures the spirit of todays youth perfectly, listening to a track from any of Bermuda's excellent albums gives a sense of a party ur ex- girlfriend is throwing and all the people there are making fun of u at it. The feeling of not being invited to the cool kids party. Which ofcourse is what makes it so powerful, U want to listen to it because U want to be involved, u want to be in the cool kids party.
